IMPORTANT!
The application becomes valid only if we receive your payment. You need to sign up and make a payment to receive a discounted registration. In order to get the discounts, you have to apply and send your payment by the deadline. If you apply well before the deadline but we do not receive your payment in time then you lose your possibility of getting the discount of that period, and you enter a new period with a new deadline and less discount. Please pay attention to the payment deadlines, which will be published on the website when you register!

Registration and Participation Conditions
How to register:
Register via the box office, and pay the program price within the payment deadlines.
Applications will only be considered final with payment! In the case of waiting lists, the one who paid the price of the programs first gets the splace! Please pay attention to the payment terms, which are also available on the website!

Details on Discounts
Applications are valid only after completing payment. For a discounted registration to be valid, you must also apply and make a payment. After that, the discount is not valid even if the application was made earlier. Prices at the time of payment apply.
Note
Applications will be valid only with the payment! In order to qualify for the discounted registration, both the application and the payment must be made. After that, the discount will not apply even if you have applied earlier. The spot price is also independent of whether the dancer has applied before, always check the price at the time of payment. After the deposit, the entry fee will not be refunded. Except in cases of force majeure, where notice is given before the beginning of the festival.
Discounts
It is for groups and the teachers (not the student discount)!
Teachers
If a teacher / group leader registers 10 students for Luxor Pack or Cairo Full Pass, the teacher will receive a CAIRO FULL PASS from us as a GIFT!
IMPORTANT: the teacher has to register her/his students, so the registration has to be submitted at once! The benefit cannot be claimed in any other cases (ie if the students have applied themselves).
STUDENTS
Those with a valid Hungarian student ID card get a 5% discount on the price of the paid packages!
Groups
For groups of 5-9 dancers purchasing any Pass together, we provide a 5% discount on the price of each dancer’s Pass. For groups of 10 and more dancers signing up together, we take 10% off of each dancer’s Pass. The group discount only applies when the group signs up together, it is not valid in retrospect.
